The Republic of Congo or otherwise known as Congo Brazzaville is one of the last refuges of the critically endangered Western Lowland Gorilla.These great apes can be tracked in their natural habitat in Odzala-Kokoua National Park,which is located in the north-west of the country.  An ‘Odzala Experience’is truly unique as it encompasses the exploration of a remote, thriving and unspoiled rainforest ecosystem. Including nocturnal forest walks, wading through forest streams, kayaking along the river while viewing wildlife such as Forest elephant, buffalo, Giant hog, Bongo and for bird lovers it is a wonderful opportunity to witness a colony of African Grey Parrots and Green Pigeons along with many more species.
